I absolutely adore the duct tape one! I never even noticed it until somebody pointed it out to me a few months ago.

And yep, I just wrote a php page that returns a CSS stylesheet. It reads in the yahoo weather feed and picks which one from a choice of stylesheets to return based on the current weather :)

You need an external website to host the php page, but other than that it works fine for lj, you're welcome to it, if you'd like!
