New icon xD Totally not the point of this post. But, there we go.

I finally sorted all of my paperwork out and paid all outstanding bills. Holy fuck that was horrific. For the past 5 years I've been incharge of the bills in every house I've lived in and appear to have taken them all with me as I left for deposit reasons. I've also never binned anything bank related since I opened my first account 10 years ago at the ripe old age of 11. Oh crap. 11 years ago. <.< Anyway, anything before 2008 has now been binned. Well. It's going to be burnt as soon as I find a lighter.

Also, I finished Battlestar Galactica the other morning. I'm still digesting it.

There are loads of hih things and comments I've got to respond to, but I keep putting off doing anything in RL and so I'm going to take a couple of days to get my life sorted, because it's a fucking mess at the moment. Atm I would like a job, even if it's part-time and not-relevant because I am bored and need monies. So, I'm thinking of applying for the council admin jobs. Don't even. I know. (For those who don't know: my aunt works admin for the council, and so did my nan, it's something I've really tried to avoid.)

I've made a list of everything I own in categories that I want to keep, if it's not on the list I think I'm going to bin/sell it. And all of the categories need to be gone through and stuff that I've not used in the last two years is going to be gotten rid of.

So far, the categories: Kitchen Equipment, Books, Clothes, Playing Cards, Bedding, Toiletries, Gerbil's stuff, Camping Equipment, DVDs, CDs, Action Figures, Computers, Computing Spares, Knitting Equiment, Plants, My wooden box collection, dressing up stuff.

My nan says it's a too long list. I'm not sure, I think once I thin those out it'll be ok? I just have way too much stuff for this flat, and that shit's got to go. FFS I've got a SERIAL mouse. SERIAl. Who the hell uses one of those?! And two broken keyboards that are well beyond repair and I didn't even like in the first place. Man.

I'm trying to do that sorting and tossing thing around here as well. I hate doing it, but it really needs to be done. Also, I need more shelving for the stuff that I don't want to toss, like the closet full of games that still hasn't been moved here from the other house. Meh.

I just, I don't think I can do it, but I need to. I mean, I've got tshirts from 2000 in my wardrobe. I just can't part with things, it's terrible. But, I'm going to do it, and I'm going to write unique and good covering letters for the four jobs I've got open. I will do this. I will.

It's kinda good, there's nothing coming up at hih that demands my attention, all my tv shows are on breaks, I'm not in the middle of a new series be it books or tv, and my flat's finally got on my tits.

I did manage to sort and organize my pantry today, so you can actually find things in there again. I tossed out expired stuff, and moved all of the drinks to the floor in there so I have an empty section of cabinet space for something else. I need to get back in there and get back to work as the kitchen is a mess now, but took a break to play DDR and now I need to sit and be lazy to get over my exertion. Ah exercise, how it kills me. (And how not doing it kills me more, damn.)
